Shakes : Boozy caramel mini shakes

METHOD :

1) In a little bowl whisk the twofold cream until thick, at that point include 1 tbsp of the cream alcohol and whisk again until the blend just holds its shape at that point exchange to an expendable funneling sack and put aside until required.

2) In a little container blend together the caramel and 2 tsp of the cream alcohol until the point when smooth at that point fill the base of 6 x 60ml tall shot glasses, saving 1-2 tsp of the blend to design.
